Alexandra Nasar

Ally joined the Interchange Associates team in 2019 having previously studied philosophy at Oxford with James Wilk.

At McDermott Will & Emery, handles complex commercial Litigation in state and federal courts and in private mediation. She also represents entities and individuals in cross- border disputes and has experience working with clients ranging from international business owners to nonprofit and charitable organizations. Ally was previously an associate at Pryor Cashman.

During law school, Alexandra was actively involved in pro bono work focusing on labor and immigration rights through the Columbia Human Rights Clinic and freedom of speech rights through the Clooney Foundation for Justice.

Ally received her Law degree from Columbia University School of Law (J.D., 2020) where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, Executive Notes Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law, winner of the Salzburg Lloyd N. Cutler Fellowship in International Law, and a member of the Columbia SIPA International Fellows Program.

She earned her undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at New Paltz (B.A., summa cum laude, 2015). Ms. Nasar is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
